Tithing Philosophy
FaithSearch Partners is a committed believer in the biblical concept of “tithing”. We set aside ten percent of our total professional fees on any given search assignment and contribute them to a ministry which impacts the mission of the client generating the professional fees.

In the area of churches, FaithSearch prides itself in understanding and operating within the guidelines and culture of the church and/or denomination. We use our collective experience and knowledge to ensure you’re receiving the best search possible for the specific needs of your church.
Our team at FaithSearch works with many types and sizes of ministries and congregations, ranging from 1,000 to 15,000+ in attendance. While we will prayerfully consider working with any church or ministry that approaches us, most commonly, our work is with large, growing ministries.
