With a foundation of 28 years experience from two major international retained executive search firms, FaithSearch Partners was founded in early 2007 to serve faith-based healthcare organizations and large, complex churches and ministries.  In addition, the firm also responds to clients which are not formally “faith-based” but still place a high value on leaders with strong spiritual values.

FaithSearch recognizes the unique purpose of faith-based organizations.  They do not exist to increase shareholder value, nor do they solely strive to provide necessary services to their “customers.”  Faith-based entities are often founded and operated as “ministries,” caring for the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of all who walk through their doors.

Yet these organizations often face the same leadership, management and financial challenges as their secular counterparts.  Many faith-based entities have struggled to maintain their mission while achieving a margin necessary to remain viable over the long term.  Many have concluded the leadership skills necessary to maintain their financial health cannot also be found in leaders who strengthen their faith-oriented culture.

Mission oriented and financial leadership are not mutually exclusive!
