Ed Reifsnyder Senior Vice President

Ed Reifsnyder has devoted more than 35 years to healthcare.  For 17 years, he was the Chief Financial Officer of one of the largest regional and national faith-based healthcare systems.  During those years, he was heavily focused on building financial management infrastructure, performing strategic financial planning, developing capital to support growth, establishing and maintaining relationships with the capital markets and banks, and pursuing mergers and acquisitions.   

Ed founded The Reifsnyder Group in 1990 to provide strategic and financial advisory services to the healthcare industry.  He has been engaged in an eclectic variety of consulting engagements since that time.  He serves on the finance and audit committees of a top ten national healthcare system as well as the boards of a faith-based hospital and university.  Until its recent acquisition by an international health information company, he was also a board member of a healthcare technology company.   

At FaithSearch Partners, Ed leads the firm’s Chief Financial Officer practice.  His work with client boards, as well as his personal board experience, provides extensive value for a wide variety of other searches, including those for CEO’s, COO’s, as well as Strategic Planning and Marketing Officers. 

Mr. Reifsnyder holds a B.S. in Accounting from Southern Adventist University and a M.S. in Management from the Crummer School of Business, Rollins College.  He is a Certified Public Accountant.
