Former Centura Health Executive Joins FaithSearch Roster

FaithSearch Partners is pleased to announce that Jim Boyle has been named a “Healthcare Affiliate Partner” with the firm. Boyle currently serves as the President and CEO of Summit Leadership Solutions, a company specializing in leadership development, board development, and executive coaching. He most recently served as a senior vice president for Centura Health, the largest healthcare system in Colorado, where he, among other things, chaired the boards of four of its hospitals in the Denver region.

His prior roles have included Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Saint Luke’s-Shawnee Mission Health System in Kansas City, a position that he held from 1996-2002.

Boyle holds a graduate degree in management from the Crummer School of Business at Rollins College. He is also a Certified Executive Coach. Throughout his career, he has focused on building high performance work environments and healthy cultures, and is recognized as a world class leader by the Gallup Organization. “Jim brings a deep passion to helping leaders serve effectively, and honor their core values,” said Fry.
