Ed Robinson Senior Vice President
Edward M. Robinson brings over twenty-three years of combined professional experience in executive search, higher education, private philanthropy and public policy to bear in recruiting a range of senior-level executives and administrators. He comes to FaithSearch Partners from Witt/Kieffer, where he served clients in higher education, healthcare and other areas of the not-for-profit sector. Prior to joining Witt/Kieffer, Ed founded Ten Talents Resources, Inc. and was a senior advisor for the Boston-based Philanthropic Advisors, LLC. Together he provided a range of charitable management and advisory services for entrepreneurs, senior corporate executives, family foundations and higher education and nonprofit leaders.
Earlier, he served Georgetown University, Harvard Law School, the University of Virginia, and America’s Promise—The Alliance for Youth, a national organization founded (and then) led by General Colin Powell and dedicated to uniting every sector of American life to build the character and competency of our nation’s youth—in senior fund raising capacities. And to begin his professional career, Ed worked on Capitol Hill as a legislative aide to a United States Senator.
More recently, he served as a member of the Bucknell University Board of Trustees and in 2001 received the University’s first “Young Alumni Award.” This honor is bestowed upon an alumnus whose professional accomplishments, service to alma mater and caring work to benefit society are distinctive among their generation.
Ed and his family reside in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Active in his community, he referees high school football games, serves as a hospice volunteer and has over the years participated in many civic groups. He is also an active member of the historic Alfred Street Baptist Church in Alexandria, Virginia.
